DigiLabour Lab, now based at the University of Toronto, is resuming its successful newsletter – with 3,000+ subscribers between 2019 and 2022 – now in English.
This biweekly newsletter will highlight the research of DigiLabour Lab and its partners around the world, discussing broadly labour and technology and specifically topics such as AI in the cultural sector, cooperativism and digital solidarity economies, data work, worker collectives and mobilization, workers’ relationships with data, AI and platforms, intersectionality and digital economy, digital sovereignty among others. The newsletter will also publish opportunities in this area and will contribute to a greater connection between researchers, workers and policy makers in various parts of the world.
